By using dreamershood.in (or this website), creating an account, or booking a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or complete a booking.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page is the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

You must have the legal capacity to enter a contract. If you book tickets for someone under 18, you confirm you are 18 or the age of majority where you live and that you are responsible for that booking.

You may browse events without an account. You need an account (email plus a one-time code) to book and to view My Tickets.

When you create an account you must give a real full name, a working email address, and a valid phone number. Those details identify you as the booker.

• There is no password. Each sign-in sends a one-time code to your email. Keep that inbox and code to yourself.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at arshit@dreamershood.in if you think someone used your email without you.
• We may suspend or close an account that is abusive, fraudulent, or used to break these terms.

A booking is an offer to attend a listed event. For a free event, the booking is confirmed when we issue a ticket code. For a paid event, the booking is confirmed only after Razorpay payment succeeds and we verify it.

• Tickets are digital. We email them to the address on your account and show them on My Tickets.
• Each booking has a ticket code. Bring it (or the email) to the door. Quantity is limited per booking as shown at checkout.
• The exact venue address and Google Maps link appear on your confirmed ticket, not on the public event page.
• You are responsible for entering the correct email and phone. A wrong inbox means you may not receive the ticket or updates.
• Tickets are for personal use unless we say otherwise. Do not resell them or use them for any unauthorised commercial purpose.
• One person should not hold overlapping confirmed bookings that dodge per-event limits.

We take your email (including Gmail) and phone number in order to book your ticket and to reach you about that night — not to publish them or sell a guest list.

• We use email and phone only for one-time sign-in codes, ticket delivery, and essential updates about your booking or the event.
• We will not sell, rent, or publish your email or phone, and we will not share them with other guests or with advertisers.
• Organisers may see your name when they check a ticket at the door. They are not given a public dump of every attendee’s contact details for marketing.
• You agree to keep one-time codes confidential and not to share your inbox access in a way that lets someone else take your ticket.

Paid events are priced in Indian Rupees (INR) as shown on the event page. The amount you pay is the ticket price times the quantity you choose, unless we display a different total at checkout.

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card number, CVV, or UPI PIN.
• Name, email, and phone are sent to Razorpay only to prefill checkout and complete the payment.
• If payment fails or you close the checkout, no confirmed ticket is issued for that paid attempt.
• You authorise the charge when you complete Razorpay checkout.

Because a ticket is a place at a live night, confirmed bookings are generally not cancellable or refundable at your request, except where Indian consumer law requires otherwise or we cancel the event.

If we cancel an event and you paid, we will refund the ticket amount you paid through the original payment method where we reasonably can, or by another method we agree with you. Processing time depends on Razorpay and your bank.

Free bookings have no payment to refund. We may void a ticket if the night is cancelled or if the booking was obtained in breach of these terms.

Live events can move. We may change the line-up, start time, or venue for reasons outside our full control (weather, artist illness, venue rules, safety). We will try to email or call you using the contacts on your account.

A reasonable change of time or venue is not automatically a refund. If the event is cancelled outright, section 7 applies. We are not responsible for your travel or other personal costs.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to harass artists, staff, or other guests.
• Try to break into accounts, scrape the site with bots, or interfere with booking or payment systems.
• Share someone else’s email or phone to create an account without their knowledge.
• Resell tickets where we have not allowed it, or pass off a cancelled or failed payment as a valid ticket.
• Copy or reuse our branding, event media, or site content except as allowed by law (for example, fair dealing).

We may refuse a booking, cancel a ticket, or block access if we reasonably believe these rules were broken.

The DreamersHood name, logo, site design, and original copy belong to JGMN Pvt Ltd or our licensors. Event photos, videos, and artist names may belong to the artists or organisers who supplied them. You may view them for personal use. You may not copy the platform or our content for a competing service.

We provide the website and ticketing as a community platform. We will take reasonable care to run bookings and to send your ticket to the email you gave us.

To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost enjoyment, travel, or accommodation), for downtime or payment-provider outages, or for artist or venue decisions we do not control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence where that cannot be excluded.

Our total liability for a paid booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking, except where the law says otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Himachal Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection venue that applies to you.
